I now have an appointment at Clínica FIMED — what should I know?

At FIMED we really value your time and ours. That is why we ask for a commitment to your appointment:

  • If you cannot come, let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
  • This lets us offer your slot to someone else who needs it.
  • If you cancel with less notice or do not show up, the appointment will be considered lost.
What if I cannot come with less than 48–24 hours notice or forget to cancel?

We understand that unexpected things happen. However:

  • In these cases the appointment is considered lost and cannot be recovered.
  • If you have a session pack, the session will be counted as used.
  • If you do not give more than 24 hours notice, you will still have to pay for the session.
What is the waiting room like?

Our waiting room is small and cosy, designed for short waits. We ask you to:

  • Keep a calm atmosphere (there are patients in session).
  • Avoid long or loud phone calls.
  • If you come with company, please keep it to a small number of people.
Can I come by scooter or bike?

Yes! But remember:

  • The space is small and we need the hallways clear to move around and for the equipment.
  • If you need to leave your bike or scooter inside, please ask beforehand whether there is room that day.
  • Near the clinic there are areas where you can lock it up safely.
What if I come by car?
  • Ruzafa car park (private)
  • Blue zone (Centelles, Av. Peris i Valero, Ruzafa Market)
  • Orange zone, a bit more expensive
  • Green zone, residents only
What about public transport?

🚇 Metro: Russafa station (Line 10), 9 min walk.
🚉 Train: València Nord station, 6 min walk.
🚌 Bus: lines 135, 14, 183, 7, 93, C2, among others.

What should I bring to the appointment?
  • Comfortable clothes (especially if you come for physiotherapy or exercise).
  • Relevant medical reports.
  • Plenty of motivation to improve your health.

For digestive or pelvic floor physiotherapy, try not to eat for at least 1 h 30 before the session.

What happens if I send many medical reports before the appointment?

We love receiving your medical information, but bear in mind:

  • Reviewing reports takes time and professional dedication.
  • If there are a lot, the review will be done within your session time.

You can send them to clinicafimed@gmail.com, stating the patient's name in the subject.

How long does the appointment last?

Each session lasts a real 50 minutes.

  • We need 10 minutes between patients to clean and recharge.
  • Although there may be slight delays, we always guarantee your full 50 minutes.
  • If you arrive late, you will enjoy the remaining time until the session ends.
How can I pay for the sessions?

After the 50 minutes of treatment you can pay by cash, card or Bizum. No session will be left pending payment for another day. If you need pricing information, message us on WhatsApp.

How do the sessions work?

Sessions always adapt to the patient and the injury:

  • A part on the table (manual or with specific tools).
  • An active part with movement, because movement is life and heals.

At your first appointment we will take a clinical history and ask for your signature under the Data Protection Act.

What if I have cold or illness symptoms on the day of the appointment?

For safety and respect to everyone, we ask you to let us know so we can reschedule the appointment.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes, we just need your billing details.
